SVD-ALS on its 8th Year

The SVD-ALS is now on its 8th year. Our simple celebration began with Holy Mass where we prayed for our benefactors then followed by a simple lunch of tinapay and pancit. The SVD-ALS family is truly blessed and truly grateful to reach this far.

Tagaytay: 27/34 79.41%.
Palawan 65/69 94.20%.
Dasmarinas 239/327 73.09;
Bacoor 31/35 88.57%.
Naujan 26/28 92.85 and
Paraclete 29/47 61.70.
Out of 585 test takers, 455 passers equivalent to 73.09% (compared to the National Over All result of 55.60%).

SVD-ALS feels the impact of K to 12

SVD-ALS learners before they took the A & E Tests last
April (very much delayed) and now waiting
for the result. Those who will pass and plan to
go to college will miss the First Semester as
the school year began last June 13.

SVD-ALS is feeling the impact of the K-12 as 79 learners have enrolled at the Center. It was reported that up to "400,000 junior high school completers were estimated to have dropped out" as the Senior High School program was inaugurated last Monday. More of that news here.

Basic Literacy Program - 4
Elementary - 12
Secondary -26

SVD- ALS 7th Anniversary

After this morning's Holy Mass to celebrate SVD-ALS 7th Anniversary and thank our generous benefactors here and abroad; with Fr. Randy Flores, SVD (founder and site coordinator); Ma'am Olive Tolentino (instructional manager); and Frt. Harle Piga, SVD (spiritual director).

ALS Accreditation and Equivalency test (A&E) for 2015-2016

DepEd Secretary Armin Luistro assures its ALS learners that the Accreditation and Equivalency test (A&E) scheduled date will be announced very soon. Secretary Luistro reveals that due to failed bids for printing and scanned checking, the only option left for DepEd is to conduct manual checking for the A&E test.

Meanwhile, AJCMFI informs its instructional managers and learners to continue on their preparations to achieve better results for,this year.

SVD-ALS (Tagaytay) - 5 out of 6 in Elementary; 28 out of 31 in High School.

Passing rate: 89.2%

SVD-ALS is under the supervision of the Arnold Janssen Mission Foundation.
